Itinerary
Basic Theory (15-20 minutes) Before entering the water, we will explain the most important aspects of land surfing, so you can start the class with the necessary information and know what is expected during the session in the water. Positions on the surfboard: We started by teaching the basic positions on the surfboard. We will explain the correct posture and how to position yourself on the board depending on your dominant side (right or left), as this will influence the direction you will move on the waves. We will practice these positions on land so you can feel comfortable before facing the sea. Rowing: We will show how to keep the body in a proper position to avoid fast tiredness and get the best boost. You will learn the technique of pop-up, which is to get up quickly and controlled once you are on the wave. Practice in the Water where we will correct your movements, motivate you and make sure you enjoy the experience to the fullest. After practice, we will return to the shore, brief stretching session to relax the muscles after exertion. Back to school
