Playa 7 Chorros

BeachesOutdoors / Nature

Playa 7 Chorros is a small pebble and stone cove located on the northern coast of Tenerife, within the municipality of San Cristóbal de La Laguna. You can reach it from Camino Los Corrales, following a path that descends to the sea. The landscape here is typical of this stretch of coastline: dark volcanic rock cliffs, low coastal vegetation, and, when the ocean allows, small natural pools formed among the stones.

The beach takes its name from seven water streams that historically flowed from the cliff face, though the presence of these streams may vary depending on conditions. The access involves a steep descent along uneven paths, so this is not an easy beach for all visitors. Currents along this coast can be strong and the seabed rocky, so it's worth assessing sea conditions before entering the water.

This is a quiet, little-frequented spot, far from the better-known beaches of the north coast, where the natural setting and sense of isolation prevail.
