Parque Nacional del Teide

Half-day trip to see Teide without giving up the best views. The ascent to the National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is made through the Valley of La Orotava, one of the greenest and most beautiful landscapes in northern Tenerife. Inside the park, the bus makes several stops through a volcanic terrain that looks like another planet: cones, lava flows, and rocks of impossible shapes. In Los Roques de García there is free time to walk around and take photos with Teide and Pico Viejo in the background. An official guide accompanies the entire tour and explains how this landscape was formed and what unique flora and fauna inhabit it. If you want to go higher, the cable car is optional and depends on availability.
