Itinerary

Meet our Staff at the entrance to our dock Pantaloon No.3 in the Puerto Colón Marina 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure. There is ample parking right at the marina - approximately 1€ per hour. There are also bathrooms and restaurants located right at the marina. Once onboard our custom built 8 meter whale watching boat you will meet the Captain and enjoy a short safety briefing. Our Marine Biologist Staff will then explain about the local marine ecosystem and the species of cetaceans (whales and dolphins) that we are likely to encounter. We provide didactic materials to assist in learning about the animals. The Captain then drives us to the current hot spot for observing the whales and dolphins, usually not more than 3 miles off shore. Once we arrive in the area of the whales and dolphins the Captain slows the boat to make a careful approach - observing the local whale watching regulations. Our Guide will then share observations of the animals behaviours and explain the biology of the whales and dolphins we are observing while taking photos of the cetaceans to share, via email, after the tour.
