Itinerary

We will meet in our paragliding center in Puerto de la Cruz, we will give you a bag with all necesary equipment (helmet, jacket, long trousers, gloves, camera) and we will drive in a car up to the flight area. You need to be in a good physical condition, be able to run in the takeoff and not exceed 90 kg. The flight lasts between 15-20 minutes, depending on weather conditions and we land in Martianez beach.
