Itinerary

The activity begins with a brief theoretical explanation on how to move underwater, how to breathe and the safety regulations that must be taken into account. Once prepared, with the equipment on and with clear rules, we go to the water. Normally, for safety, the maximum depth will not be greater than 6 meters. Once we are underwater, we will only have to relax and let ourselves go, enjoying the sensation of weightlessness and the calm that the ocean gives us.
