A small garden, where there are hundred-year-old Picus and big palm trees. The square is framed by some old casonas of XVIIIth and XIXth centuries. One of them is nowadays converted in Tasca. The house always preserves one of the typical torreones which served as guarding so that the storekeepers can check the traffic of the port. On this square we find the bust of a journalist and a politician, in memory to tinerfeño Patricio Estévanez and Murphy, of the end of the XIXth century and the beginning of the XXth century.
