Playa de Las Conchas is one of those places that makes you feel like you've reached the end of the world, in the best possible way. Located in the northwest of La Graciosa island, this pristine 600-meter beach stretches with golden sand dotted with shells that give it its name, backed by the imposing Montaña Bermeja volcano and offering spectacular views of the Montaña Clara and Alegranza islets. The contrast of colors is stunning: intense golden sand, turquoise ocean, and reddish volcanic rock create a postcard you won't forget.

Getting here requires some effort: about 6 kilometers from Caleta de Sebo that you can do by bike or walking for just over an hour, but every step is worth it. While it's tempting to dive in, the currents are quite strong and locals warn it's better to enjoy it from the shore or lying on the sand. The wind usually blows pretty hard, so bring something to cover up. This virgin gem, very well preserved with a totally wild feel, is one of the most highly rated treasures in the Canary archipelago.
