Mirador de Haría

The Mirador de Haría, also known as Mirador de Malpaso, is one of those breathtaking spots that captures the essence of Lanzarote's northern beauty. Perched on the outskirts of the village, this viewpoint offers stunning panoramas of the valley of a thousand palm trees, the majestic Corona Volcano, and the Atlantic Ocean stretching endlessly beyond. Getting there is part of the adventure: the winding road features five dramatic hairpin bends that reveal the volcanic landscape and ancient lava flows in all their glory.
Originally designed in 1966 following César Manrique's unmistakable vision, the viewpoint was renovated to include transparent glass platforms that create the thrilling sensation of floating in mid-air. Entrance is free and it's well worth the stop, even just to snap some unforgettable photos. Open Tuesday through Saturday, it's a must-visit for anyone exploring northern Lanzarote and seeking one of the island's finest natural balconies.
