Located in La Laguna, at 50 Obispo Redondo Street, we can enjoy this theatre, which was inagurated in 1915, but closed during three last years due to reformation. On the website the following description can be found: “The Leal Theater is a building of eclectic style. The main facade of perfect symmetry, consists of a central body with two floors, with three-story towers on both sides, presents a lush decor, combining modernist elements with eclectic forms, pictures and frescoes decorating the interior of the Leal Theatre correspond to Manuel Lopez Ruiz, Manuel Verdugo and Benjamin Sosa”. The Leal Theater is one most important cultural centers in La Laguna, having hosted all sorts of musicals, plays, operas, operetta, dance shows and contest and movie screenings.
