The Rambla of Santa Cruz, more known as The Rambla, is the central artería of the city of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, beginning in the Plaza of the Peace and ending in the Avenue of Anaga. It consists of a pedestrian central walk and two rails for the traffic on every side of the walk, one for each direction of the traffic. The vegetation of the Rambla is formed in the main by laurels of The Indies, flamboyanes, jacarandas and palms, as well as plants of season. The route has a soft initial inclination, but from the Park García Sanabria it increases its slope in its final section. It is included inside the called " "green spaces" " of the city, being in addition the biggest avenue of Canaries.
