The House of the Marquesses of Torrehermosa possesses the characteristic of being a historical monumental resource. It presents a great importance due to the great history that it possesses since time behind It manage to be a residence of the Bishop Don Luis Folgueras, besides Major College of the Institute of Canaries. In the year 1885 the Hotel was transformed by a person of great importance into the world of the tourism, he was Benjamin Renshaw nowadays incorporated into the group Fariones de Lanzarote which obtained the golden medal of the Tourism in the year 2006.
